This position provides an opportunity to help guide the transition of a growing business to encompass increasing leverage and scalability while maintaining high levels of both service and customization. This role will be responsible for handling all of the back office functions of this RIA firm. These include Provide high-level of middle back office support to Wealth Managers, ensuring clients receive superior service Execute daily trades per orders received from Wealth Managers Coordinate client related documents Process client money movements Review quarterly performance reports and support overall quarterly reporting and billing process as needed Reconcile incoming account transfers Compile paperwork for client meetings and reviews Act as the info liaison between the client facing personnel and operations staff to insure timely and accurate input of info into reporting systems Assist with other operational projects as needed.
